Junior Abbot
Some of the residents at a monastary take less of an interest in the pursuit of combat training, prefering instead to familiarize themselves with the administrative side of monastic life. So once they develop a basic proficiency with the staff and sling in order to defend themselves from the local wildlife, these junior abbots prefer to spend most of their time in study. This does not mean they aren't useful it times of war. Through their work with those around them, they've gained a respect that allows them to motivate others with less experience, pushing them to fight harder on the battlefield.
Special Notes: The leadership of this unit enables adjacent units of the same side to deal more damage in combat, though this only applies to units of lower level.
